Description
This Voice-over experience is a akin to a grown up Voice-over camp, students will spend a full week developing your character reads for Voice-over in a professional studio with some of the best Voice-over talent in Vancouver.
Each 3 hour block of curriculum will introduce you to Voice-over performance concepts, creating characters, and learning technique for dubbing and video games. The goal of this week long intensive is to leave you with a sense of preparedness for working towards a career in Voice-over.
Attendees will receive all their recordings from class to listen back to and learn from. This workshop is perfect for locals and those who want to come to Vancouver for a fully immersive Voice-over learning experience. This intensive is similar to taking Building Characters - Level 1, Experience Dubbing and A.D.R, and Video Game Voice-over - Level 1 but in an abridged format.
- Develop multiple characters for animation Voice-over
- Perform basic dubbing and A.D.R
- Apply direction to performance and adjust to material
- Experience performing voice-over in a professional setting with high level instructors
- Receive all your recordings from class for future learning tools
[Summer Animation Bootcamp] does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB). As such. The registrar did not review this program.
Prerequisites
This is an entry level friendly intensive although some prior training in acting or performance would be recommended.
