Born and raised on Vashon Island, WA, Claire grew up as a dancer. She was drawn to theatre in high school and has been involved ever since. She currently lives in Vancouver, BC where she has been an active member of the theatre community for the past 10 years,
Claire graduated from the University of British Columbia’s BFA acting program in 2011. She recently completed her Master of Fine Arts at the Shakespeare Theatre Company‘s Academy for Classical Acting at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Claire has worked with some of Canada’s largest theatre companies including The Citadel Theatre and Bard on the Beach. She has toured across the country with Green Thumb Theatre and was an original cast member in Delinquent Theatre’s highly successful STATIONARY: A Recession-Era Musical. She was one of 12 participants chosen nationwide in Canada to participate in the 2013 Citadel/Banff Centre Professional Theatre Program. Claire is a two time Jessie Richardson Award Nominee for her performance in Tender Napalm and Speech & Debate.
