Naomi Snieckus

An actor/writer/improviser/producer/director, Naomi is an alumnus of The Second City Toronto where she wrote and performed in five hit shows. Naomi has won a Canadian Comedy Award in the category of Best Female Improviser and is a founding member and Co-Artistic Director of the five-time Canadian Comedy Award winning troupe ‘The National Theatre of the World’. She has appeared in and created countless notable award-winning (& nominated) productions for film, TV, including 8 seasons of “Mr. D” on CBC. She is a producer, founder and the host of the popular podcast/community “Firecracker Department”, and half of the award winning duo Baram & Snieckus. Naomi is also the voice of Aunt Turtle on the cartoon “Franklin and Friends”, June on “Monster Pack”, and you can catch her as Joanne on the new cartoon “Building Brothers Dream Factory”.
